Glossary

The verification of the Implementation (VoI) phase is performed after the implementation of the actions as planned in order to document the actions are actually implemented. The actions might be containments, corrections as well as corrective and preventative actions.

Such as:

  • Revised controlled documents such as SOPs, WIs, forms, records, etc.

  • Training records related to the actions and/or implementation.

  • Trained personnel

  • Processed Change

  • Broken parts were fixed, discarded, or changed with the new/appropriate ones.
