    As a remote team spread across the world, our impact travels far.  No capes, no billboards. Just us, helping out where we can, and sometimes even wearing matching hoodies while we do it. This is what Scilife for Good looks like in action.

    Scilife for Good

    At Scilife, we believe real change doesn’t always start with big headlines. It begins with people who care. Those who show up for their communities quietly and consistently.

    That’s why we launched Scilife for Good: to support our team in making a difference wherever they are, in ways that truly matter.

    Because giving back isn’t always about grand gestures. It’s about real ones, the kind that come from being all heart and ears for the people (and causes) around us.

    “All Heart and Ears” for nature

    Our Scilifers teamed up with a local wildlife organization to protect one of Cataluña’s coastal areas, doubling down on our commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

    Spoiler: We filled dozens of bags of rubbish, made some animal friends, and launched something big. (And yes, there are turtle pics included.)

    As part of our Scilife for Good program, we’ve launched an initiative that gives every team member the time and flexibility to support causes that matter to them.

    In addition to the company-wide volunteering activities we organize each year, every Scilifer also gets two fully paid days annually to give back to initiatives close to their heart.

    Whether it’s cleaning a beach in Barcelona, mentoring students in Jodhpur, or helping at a community food bank in Miami, doing good shouldn’t depend on where you work. It should depend on what moves you. This is just one of the ways we’re building a culture of purpose, care, and action.
