Software Tester

What would your job be like at Scilife?

You would be working in the Software Development team to design and implement testing strategies for our software platform. As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing the product features, designing test parameters and writing up final test procedures for the Quality Assurance department.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Designing and writing test automation scripts using test automation frameworks.
  • Collating and monitoring the defect management process.
  • Managing the changes and executing regression tests.
  • Investigating problems in software as a result of testing.
  • Working with QA and software developers to find solutions.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and easily adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with different functional groups to resolve issues, ensure thorough testing from a business and regulatory perspective, understand support issues, release high quality products to production.

 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Previous work experience as a Test Engineer.
  • Familiarity with testing tools.
  • Knowledge of diagramming software. 
    GIT, Devops, CI/CD (good to have).
  • Basic knowledge about Computer Systems Validation (good to have).
  • Basic knowledge about 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GxP (good to have).
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
  • High-level technical writing skills.
  • High level of English, both verbal and writing.
