Scilife is a global, remote-first team behind an eQMS software that enables life sciences companies to manage their quality processes digitally, stay compliant, and ensure continuous audit readiness.
We believe better technology leads to simpler, stronger quality management — and ultimately brings safe products to the market.
At Scilife, your work helps improve how regulated companies operate every day.
Work with talented people from different backgrounds and cultures. We collaborate across borders, learn from each other, and build together.
Different perspectives make better decisions. At Scilife, we create space for people to bring their full selves to work and be heard.
We’re fully remote and outcome-driven. We promote flexibility, trust, and a sustainable rhythm that helps you stay balanced.
Our values are our north stars, guiding a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and care. They shape how we collaborate, make decisions, and win as one team.

We’re always looking for talented people who want to make an impact. Whether you’re an engineer, designer, marketer, or something in between, we’d love to hear from you.
Don’t see a role that fits? Reach out and tell us how you’d like to contribute.
Scilife is a B2B software company serving the life sciences industry. We build eQMS solutions that help companies manage quality, maintain compliance, and simplify complex regulatory processes.
What does the interview process at Scilife look like?
Our interview process may vary slightly depending on the role. However, these are the common steps we follow for most positions:
HR Screening Round
An initial conversation to get to know you better and assess cultural fit. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about how we work at Scilife.
Technical Interview with the Hiring Manager
A discussion with the team leads to diving deeper into your technical background, skills, and experience. You’ll also gain more insight into the team and the role.
Practical Assignment (if applicable)
Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a role-specific assignment to demonstrate your skills.
Final Leadership Interview
A discussion with the VP or department head to ensure alignment on vision, collaboration, and long-term growth within the team and company.
Final Offer
If all goes well, we will move forward with the final offer.
While we aim to complete our recruitment processes within approximately four weeks, timelines may vary depending on the role and overall hiring activity. We’ll keep you informed of any changes and ensure you’re updated throughout the interview process.
As we have legal entities in the United States, Belgium, and Spain, we hire directly in these countries.
In other locations where we do not have a legal entity, we hire through an Employer of Record (EOR). An EOR is a third-party organization that legally employs team members on our behalf in countries where we are not registered. They manage local employment contracts, payroll, taxes, statutory benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, while you work fully dedicated to Scilife as part of our team.
Scilife believes in hiring people who believe in our mission and who want to be part of our goal. For us, before anything else, the candidate should be excited about our project.
Scilife is a 100% remote company. We are growing across the globe, and we hire people wherever they are.
Currently, our employees are based in India, Europe, and the USA. We have an open culture where no matter what position you are in, your inputs are valuable. Everyone works according to their time zone, but is still connected with each other with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack, etc.
Absolutely! Twice a year, we organize all-expenses-paid team gatherings — one in Europe and one in India. It’s a chance to collaborate, share ideas, and spend quality time together in person.
Scilife is a Belgium-based company with its registered headquarters in Belgium. While our official HQ serves as our legal and administrative base, we operate as a fully remote organization.
We do not have traditional physical offices where employees are required to work on-site. Instead, our team collaborates remotely across different countries and time zones, giving our people the flexibility to work from wherever they are most productive.
This remote-first approach allows us to build a diverse, international team while maintaining a strong and connected company culture.
Scilife has a flexible vacation policy. You are entitled to the leaves as per your laws of location, but even if the balance is used up to 100%, you can still have vacation days without deduction on the following conditions:
Your leave is not negatively impacting the customer.
Your leave is not negatively impacting their work, projects, or colleagues.
Your leave has been organized and communicated in advance to your manager.
At Scilife, we believe that binding people with rigid policies will not bring productivity. Our goal is to have a free working environment where you are assessed by your work, not by the number of hours you work.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to manage your schedule and stay on top of your to-do list, all while staying within your own time zone.
To join Scilife, you’ll need to have a valid residence and work permit in your country of employment.
Once you’re part of the team, we can support you with further visa or permit applications if needed during your employment.
