Q&A Session

In this free session, we will go through Scilife’s Events solution. You’ll learn how to easily create customizable event types and configure impact levels, link them to CAPAs or Risk Assessments, analyze all events with the KPIs solution, and get insightful data about how events are handled.

Q&A's
from the session

If you remove custom fields later on, do they get removed from existing records too, or only from new records created after that change?

The way that Scilife works is that whatever is in the event type at the moment you create the event type is what's going to remain in the event type. If you create an event type now and decide to add more to it later, these additions will only affect new event types, not the ones you've already created.

Can the impact level be changed at a later time point without rejection of the event back to draft? E.g. after an investigation was completed?

You can change it, but you can only do so while it's under investigation. Once a report escalates, typically, you would have the investigators look into it. And then it would escalate to the responsible person who would then review it. If they consider that the impact level is incorrect, they would need to push it back to under investigation before the impact level can be changed.
