BDR Team Lead


We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead to supercharge our outbound engine across Europe. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you'll take charge of an already strong team of outbound BDRs—elevating performance, optimizing processes, and building scalable systems that fuel top-of-funnel pipeline growth.

You'll collaborate closely with our VP of Sales, Account Executives, and Marketing teams to create a seamless journey from first touch to qualified opportunity (and beyond). While your focus will be outbound, you'll also help unify our efforts across inbound, partners, and events—making sure every lead generation channel fires on all cylinders.

 


Your responsibilities:

 

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead from the front: Spend ~50% of your time actively involved in BDR activities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a growing team of outbound BDRs.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, motivation, and curiosity.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support to your team.

Outbound Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and execute scalable outbound strategies (cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Optimize and manage workflows across AmpleMarket, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Continuously refine outbound playbooks, messaging, and ICP targeting.

Performance & Process Optimization:

  • Set and monitor clear KPIs: activity levels, meetings booked, pipeline generated, etc.
  • Report team performance to the VP of Sales with support from the RevOps Manager.
  • Identify and implement automation and workflow efficiency improvements.

Cross-Channel Alignment:

  • Collaborate with Marketing to fine-tune messaging and campaign targeting.
  • Work closely with AEs to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through.
  • Share insights across Inbound, Partner, and Event channels to improve alignment and pipeline quality.

 


What you will need:

 

  • Based in Europe or the UK, with full remote work capability.
  • 2+ years in outbound BDR/SDR roles, including 1+ year in a team lead or player-coach capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting tools and tactics: sequencing, messaging, cold outreach.
  • Proficient with AmpleMarket, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team KPIs in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
