We are seeking a skilled and motivated Onboarding Project Manager who will become part of our driven and highly motivated Customer Success Team. As part of our team, the needs and goals of our customers will be the center of your attention.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving and managing customer onboarding projects end-to-end, ensuring an efficient, structured, and predictable onboarding experience for customers of all sizes, from small organizations with straightforward needs to large customers with complex requirements.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing onboarding projects, acting as the main driver of timelines, scope, and delivery. Your primary objective will be to ensure customers achieve value from the Scilife platform as quickly as possible, while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop onboarding and implementation plans, and ensure smooth execution, including configuration, data imports, and integrations, across varying levels of complexity.
As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will ensure that clients are not only introduced to our product but are guided efficiently to adoption, empowered to leverage Scilife’s full potential to achieve their business objectives.
You'll evolve into a Scilife authority, offering swift and structured guidance to customers and sharing best practices. With a strong focus on execution, alignment, and speed to value, you will take pride in delivering a consistent and effective onboarding experience..
