Marina believes trust is at the heart of security. She’s passionate about protecting customer data, strengthening teams, and ensuring security and compliance grow alongside the business they help support.
Marina was drawn to Scilife by its people and the role it plays in supporting companies that develop medicines and medical devices. The opportunity to help shape security and compliance as the company grows, while protecting the trust customers place in it, made joining a meaningful next step.
She brings around 14 years of IT and security experience, moving from building and managing infrastructure to protecting it. This shift shaped her approach to technology, risk, and problem-solving.
Originally from Kyrgyzstan, Marina now lives in the Bavarian Alps with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her twins, hiking to clear her head, and reading just about anything that offers a fresh new perspective. She’s also a firm believer in good coffee, a non-negotiable part of her day.
