Charlotte was drawn to Scilife by its purpose and the role it plays in helping life sciences companies bring their products to market. The opportunity to join a growing global business at such an exciting stage and help shape all things people made it the perfect next step.
She brings nearly 20 years of People experience across media and SaaS, working with both small businesses and global organizations. Before joining Scilife, she led Global Business Partnering and the EMEA People team at Fourth.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, staying active on her Peloton, and unwinding with a good crime drama, ideally with a plot twist she didn’t see coming. She’s also a firm believer in strong coffee, carb-based comfort food, and the occasional spa day with friends.
